I am not getting data for QOS



I added a Remote device on PRTG through Probe and added a sensor on Probe added but I am not getting and data...

Just for test I added Remote IP of ny PRTG on Probe device for QoS, but still not getting data. Please help..

first of all, please check if there might be any firewall or similar blocking the packets. Then it might be good if you could forward us some screenshots to [email protected] showing the settings of the QoS-Sensor.
