Saving syslogs by date in PRTG

I am sysloging a Cisco ASA 5505 device using PRTG and the syslogs are being received as intended. What I would like to know is there a way to archive the syslogs by date and open them using a notepad (.txt) file? I have looked in the following path:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V8

but I dont not see the syslogs listed anywhere in any of the folders.

asa cisco logging logs syslog

Dear Shawn,

I'm afraid that is not possible. The Syslog Messages are stored in the Log Database which uses a proprietary format. You could however try exporting the sensors log into XML or CSV using the PRTG API.

best regards.
