Static Data on my internal webpage; is there a way to make it live?

I have created a Read Only user account and have posted a graph on my company's intranet page. But it appears the data is static? I have to refresh in order to get the graph to update after 5 minute increments. Is there a way to make the graph change like when you are on the sensor itself and the 'Live' Tab is accessed? Is there a way to make it update dynamically versus statically?

Dear Shawn,

for that we recommend to use a Map in PRTG and publish it (i.e. make it 'public' in its settings):
