How to define triggers for notifications at a group level?

Votes:

I have grouped some servers based on importance. I want to change the defaults defined for notifications for certain sensors and define this at these group levels. As an example:

Server Group 1 - Notification for WMI Uptime goes off at 30 days
Server Group 2 - Notification or WMI Uptime goes off at 15 days

I would then expect each WMI Uptime sensor for a device in this group to inherit this notification setting.

Is this possible, or do I need to do mass sensor edits? I

notifications trigger wmi

Hello,

I'm afraid this is not possible to create a trigger on group level and let only a certain sensor type inherit this trigger. In the moment it's indeed best to go to each sensor individually.

best regards.
