Monitoring of network traffic of HP NC373i network card

I can't add probe to monitor the network traffic of a server using the HP NC373i network card.

what sensor did you try?

is SNMP enabled on the server?

you could always monitor the port on the switch the server is connected to.

Service status: Started Is it necessary to enter administrator password under "LogOn" while the PTRG system program installed on another server?

I got the following message.

Error Message:"No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)"

It's ok now after I add the hostname of monitoring server under the security tab of SNMP services.
