Upgrading From v6 to V8

I am running V6 of PRTG Traffic Graffer and just purchased V8 of PRTG Network Monitor and would like to take an Upgrade process to move all my sensors and if possible the history of graphs to V8.

Please Email me links or Docs on how to do the upgrade.
