Problem connecting to IMAP server: Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a SMTPtoIMAP round trip sensor and I'm having trouble connecting to the IMAP server.

I have the HTTP Proxy Settings (ISA 2004) set up and have tried various methods of entering the username and password (DOMAIN\USERNAME, USERNAME@DOMAIN, USERNAME).

Basic Authentication is allowed on the firewall configuration.

I am able to telnet to the IMAP server (imap.google.com:993) and connect fine from the machine where PRTG is installed fine, but PRTG cannot establish a connection itself.

Hello,

I'm very much afraid the Mail sensors in PRTG don't use the Proxy-Settings, and therefore can't work via a proxy.
