Hello,

we are using Dell PowerEdge 1000e. For these Dell 100e we are using the Dell CMC (Chassis Management Controller) for checking the system status (e.g. Temperature, Power,...). Is it possible to import these information into the PRTG?

I don´t found an information in DELL and Paessler KB.

Best Regards Mike

OK,

it works.

I have download the MIB´s from Dell and imported it with the Paessler MIB Importer.

Important: For using the Dell MIB´s you will use the SNMP v2.0 Stabndard.

Bets Regards Mike

Which MIB did you use so you can see current temp, power usage, etc? The one I have tried just provides a status number and not the actual values.

Matt, please be aware that in PRTG 13, there is a SNMP Dell PowerEdge System Health Sensor available (the missing manual page should "appear soon"). Did you try this one already?
