Can a Probe be made to work through a proxy server?

Votes:

I have a site where all internet access is via a squid firewall/proxy. I would like to be able to install a remote probe on the site but there seems to be no way of configuring proxy settings. The default gateway does not point to the proxy server or an internet facing router but a separate line used for site to site VPNs only. Any ideas?

Hello,

I'm afraid PRTG only offers (i.e. can use) proxy settings for HTTP Sensors (to be entered in the PRTG Webinterface).

best regards.
