socket error # 10038

What does this error mean? I am attempting to set up an HTTP Sensor. Have 20 others on the same probe but this one will not work. Could this be a dns problem?

dns-resolution http-sensor socket-error

I figured it out. I was using: http://cam.domainname.com:8080. Changed it to http://cam.domainname.com:8080/en/index.html and it worked.
