I need to monitor if a file exists in a specific directory on a Linux Server, in order to trigger an alarm if it does not exist. How can I do that?

Hello,

I'm afraid this can only be done with a self-written custom script sensor.

best regards.

Is it changes or the limitation is still exists? I need to monito some Linux file... the only solution that I can see is to enable FTP server on it...

Unfortunately we have not built a sensor for linux file system monitoring.

The only other way that I can think of to do this would be to share the file from the linux system then mount that to a windows device and then monitor it.
