How can I apply a new custom sensor to a group of devices?

Votes:

I've just added the PingWarning custom sensor (found at http://code.google.com/p/prtg7addons/wiki/CustomSensors) to a single device and it works as expected. Now I want to add it to a whole group of devices. How can I do that without adding the sensor to each single device one by one?

Thanks

There is no interactive option inside the web interface to do so.

You still have 2 options:

1. Are the other devices created by auto discovery (or did you set them up manually). For Autodiscovery based devices you could create a device template and re-run the discovery with the new template

2. You could use the PRTG API (call the duplicateobject function for each target device)
