How can I change the value of a probe from a script on a other device ?

I want to graph signal information of multiple Devices. But the information is not in the client but on two controllers. I have a script to pool the information about the slave devices from the two controllers. Is there a way I can update the information on the salve device with a single script ?

you could try using the Custom Exe Advanced Sensor.
