acknowledge permissions

Hi, I have some dashboard map that i created to users. The users have read only permissions because I don't want them to add or delete sensors or devices. but i need the users to be able to acknowledge alarms. is it possible to give the user to permissions to acknowledge?

Hello,

acknowledging alarms requires a higher access level than read only I'm afraid, so users who shall be able to acknowledge will also be able to change things. This can't be changed.
