selecting all ping sensors in a device group

Hi, I have a group with about 1000 devices. each of them have a ping sensor. I need to change the scanning interval of all the ping sensors. how can I select all of them so i can make the change?

if you need the selection only from a group, go to Sensiors -> By Group

then add this at the end of your URL

&filter_type=ping

this should give you all the ping sensors in the selected group.

now you can use multi edit ti make changes.

Thanks. what are the other filter types i can use like that? also, can I edit the notification tab for a bulk of sensors ( using the filter you suggested)?

Hallo,

simply go to Sensors -> By Type and select a sensor type. you will then see the filter in the URL.

There is no multi edit for notifications yet, sorry.
