Dear support,

We are trying to setup that: Step 2: Check an IMAP mailbox until email arrives When we are on the step "Mailbox", we know that we need to put something, but we don't know what and we don't know where we find this information. Can you help us?

The sensor is: SMTP&IMAP Round Trip Sensor

Dear support,

I tried to create this sensor to test in my mailbox, and it never turned green. When I request the sensor to start testing, I get the mail in my mailbox but the sensor continues to be red. The error is this one: "Last Message Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password (code: PE006)". I tried to add other user accounts and other mailboxes but it never comes green.

Could you, please, help me?

You have to use the correct username/password of course. We can't help you to "find" and enter that. If the sensor is able to send a mail to the specified inbox, and then you get this error on the sensor, that means that the credentials for the Pop3/Imap-Inbox are not correct, as the sending obviously works.
