Is it possible that PRTG receives alert- mails e.g. from other software?

Today, many tools are sending mails to me but i would like them to display the results in prtg.

thanks !

No, sorry, this is not possible with PRTG. It contradicts the concept of the program to a certain extent, PRTG checks your network actively and does not wait for events to happen.

Using PRTG's POP3 Email count sensor you can count the number of emails send from or to a specific address containing a specific string in the subject line.

Important note: The POP3 Email Count sensor is deprecated as of PRTG version 16.1.23.
