Windows Server 2008 R2 unable to connect to webserver

Connection times out when trying to connect to web server. Internet access perfect, firewall/ports all opened etc.

Even tried on a SoHo Linksys modem/router.

Hello,

can you please elaborate where PRTG is in this scenario? Are the sensors failing to connect to any target devices?
