HTTP SSL Certificate Expiry not working?

Votes:

0

When we first found your HTTP SSL Certificate Expiry we were quite excited to have this functionality to our PRTG monitoring. However, the sensors are all now timing out. There have been no changes on our network or to our systems. They just all decided one day that they weren't going to work anymore. We are quite puzzled to why this is happening.

I have searched around on your forums and cannot find anyone else having this issue, which we find even more puzzling. We cannot be the only people in the whole world who are experiencing this issue.

Ideas?

Dear Patrick,

how many of these sensors do you have? And on which settings (scanning interval, etc.)? Which version of PRTG are you running on? Maybe it would be good to send us some screenshots of the settings, and also of the error-message to [email protected]

best regards.

Hi Patrick,

Do you have set any proxy settings somewhere up the tree that are now inherited by the sensors? Can you connect to the URL's using IE from your PRTG server?

Regards,
