Core/Probe Health failed



my PRTG monitor works very well for last 3 month then now just stop working and return error Core/Probe Health failed (ID:1001) (switch to gray icon with ?)

Trying to restore with old configuration file but not work, please help

what exact PRTG version are you using?

please forward us your system log files for analysis? You can find the same under

XP/2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V7\Logs (System) Vista/2008: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V7\Logs (System)
