Is it possible to run PRTG on Win2008 Webserver edition?

Yes, PRTG will work on all Windows 2008 editions. We do not, however, recommend using PRTG under Windows 2008 R1 for WMI monitoring purposes. Please see Don't Use Windows Vista And Windows 2008 for Network Monitoring via WMI!
