Hi I'm new to this kind of software and while trying to install PRTG the following message appeared: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17510525/PRTG/Setup.png

I restarted my computer but the PRTG Network Monitor is unable to log in to the web server

So I went to Computer -> Services and Application -> Manage -> Services -> PRTG Core Server Service and tried to Start the service Manually but this message appeared: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17510525/PRTG/Services.png

core-service problem ptrg

Hello,

this could be an issue with blocked ports which the PRTG Webserver tries to bind. Please try setting PRTGs webserver to run on port 80 on port 127.0.0.1 in the PRTG Server Administrator. Does this help?

best regards.
