SQL Query String Return

Hi, We have created wallboards for monitoring a call centre built on PRTG 9, the issue is some of the data that comes from the phone system is in a string format. Since the latest update any sensors that were returning a string result from an SQL query into the 'Message' field of the sensor have stopped returning the string and just return "no data yet".

This issue is definitely related to the latest update as a rollback to the previous version fixed the sensors.

Can this be fixed or is it an intended change in functionality and if so is there another way to return a string result to a channel(unlikely I know) or other location where it can be used for display on maps.

Hello,

with the latest version of PRTG 9, please change the Primary Channel on those then 'grey/unknown' sensors to be Response Time. Then it should work again.
