Sorry. IE compatibility mode is not supported by the AJAX interface! Please turn it off! (find out how).

Please go to the HTML interface or consider switching to Internet Explorer (V9 or later), Google Chrome (V10 or later) or Mozilla Firefox (V4 or later).

Hello,

IE8 is not supported anymore. The Ajax Webinterface of PRTG 9 will not work with IE8, there is no option to enable this. Please advise your users to use Firefox (4 and newer) or Chrome (10 and newer).

best regards.

Good Morning

The company standard is IE8 and not IE9 as yet as there are still other applications to consider the clean cut response recieved on this is unacceptable.

We are intending on purchasing this product and the fact that we cannot use it in IE8 could be a breaking point.

Very dissapointing

PRTGs Ajax-Webinterface simply is not possible on IE8 because IE8 is lacking the necessary features and functions, this is not 'our fault'. If you get the error message that IE8 is not supported while in fact working with IE9, please check that the compatibility mode is disabled in IE9 as well as any script-blocking.
