The PRTG is not sending an email when our sensor is down.

We have an if oper status sensor set on our circuit ports. The sensor is set to send an email if oper status is not equal to 1. The problem is if, for whatever reason, PRTG can no longer recieve SNMP data from the router, no email is sent because there is no number to compare to 1. Is there a way to set it so if SNMP data is not recieved for a particular sensor, an email is sent?

If you add a down-state trigger to the sensor the specified notification should be relayed. You could also turn on the "Show alarm when interface is disconnected (e.g. cable is unplugged)" option from within the sensor settings, this should also work.
