Adding New Users, login fails

new user, login, fail Added new user with user name and password. Getting the message: Your login has failed. Please try again! - User is active.

Hello,

are these users coming for an Active Directory integration of your PRTG? Or normal PRTG users? Just to check, are you aware that the password-checks are case-sensitive?

I am having the same issue,,, even added user to admin group,,,

(userid is not active directory synch)
