PRTG Service doesn't start automatically

PRTG Network Monitor Services does not start up after our server is rebooted. The services are set to start automatically. There are no entries in the Event viewer, in the data directory of the PRTG Network Monitor software and no entries in the PRTG Network Monitor interface stating any failures in attempting to start the services. From the look of it it seems there is no startup attempt being made.

The services are set up to run under a domain-account.

We have Windows 2003 so we can not set delayed startup. Our hosting provider is wondering if the PRTG Network Monitor services are dependent on any other services than those set up at the installation?

Hallo,

PRTG Core Server Service depends on

Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and TCP/IP Protocol Driver

is this not set in the dependencies of your PRTG Core Server Service?

Yes it is. But it seems not to be enough.
