Renaming Hyper-V VM and Hyper-V sensor

If I rename VM at Hyper-V host that monitored by PRTG then I get error from sensor "The state of the VM could not be determined. (code: PE063)". I go to settings of that sensor and see that it's not possible to set new VM name. By the way, GUID of VM still the same?

Behave like this is by design? How can I move statical information from old sensor to new that will be for renamed VM?

PRTG can not monitor a HyperV VM when it is renamed. Unfortunately it is not possible to keep track of the VM using the GUID. You must create a new sensor for the virtual machine.

You can not move over the historic data to the new sensor though.
