confirmed alarms after server reboot

When alarms are confirmed, PRTG looses this information if the Server with the PRTG installation is rebooted. Are there any workarounds for that? Thanks!

which exact version are you using. PRTG should keep this information since version 9.

Currently Version 9.1.6.1963 is installed.

please update to the latest version.

maybe send you Logs (system) folder to [email protected] so that we can take a look at the log files
