How to create custom subject on send email?

Hi, I'm looking for how I can create a custom subject ( send email ) from the edit notification. Now I have create an alert for windows security event logs and I like to have the subject on email have the event id at the last line so this match my values ( event id ). Thanks.

Example : [PRTG Monitor] Server name Win API Eventlog (Event Log (Windows API)) Value changed : 0.03 #/s (Security Logs) is above the error limit of 0 #/s

I want : [PRTG Monitor] Server name Win API Eventlog (Event Log (Windows API)) Value changed : 0.03 #/s (Security Logs) is above the error limit of 0 #/s ( Event ID : 4625 )
