PDF Report Error

Get the following error in the logs when creating PDF reports both manually or scheduling reports:

Status: "System Error" Message: "New ToDo: Local Print Spool Service not running"

Hi,
please check if the "Print Spooler" service is running on the machine. The service is needed to create reports.
