How do we change a sensor to IP Sniffing?

Hello,

Our customer wants more detailed information for an investigation. We had netflow setup for him at the time in question but it only shows the traffic on his IP addresses. He wants a list of all external IP's (to/from) his collocated server.

Can we get this from the historical data and how?

Hello,

you can only get such information from Flow/Sniffing sensors, not SNMP Sensors. Have you checked the Toplists?

Netflow was setup for customer at the time, how do we run a report to get more detailed end user IP information flowing through each customer IP?
