I have setup PRTG to monitor an Oracle DB instance on an sql server. I configured the port number, db instance, user name and password. PRTG is reporting wrong username and password. I tested with another product and able to monitor with no issues. wondering if anyone came across similar issue.

Does it change anything if you run the PRTG Probe Service under an Admin Account?

Which exact version of PRTG are you running? Also, please include a screenshot showing the full sensor settings.
