Can I change the MySQL port?

I need change the default port on MySql sensor. How I can do this?

Sorry, for MySQL sensors, no port number can be set (see user manual).

Please consider monitoring via ADO, using a custom script. See How can I monitor other SQL Servers through ADO with PRTG? for more details.
