No access from iPRTG via Cisco VPN

I tried to connect PRTG with my iPhone via internal Cisco VPN Client and got the following results :

- iPRTG doesnt work -> the application crashes after 5 sec. - I´m able to connect the PRTG Server via Safari

On our own network iPRTG works fine through our Cisco VPN (ASA 5510). We have also received reports from other customers who don't have problems. But some users seem to have a problem. We don't have an explanation for this and we can not reproduce it yet.

I second the question, since we have also an ASA 5510 (8.2 sw revision) and I cannot connect thru IPSEC from outside with iPRTG.
