Dear I've got a mail from PRTG as follow but i understand the message. because of our RPTG server's resource is very well at that time. os : windows 2003 R2 Physical memory : 4GB memory usage sheet :

is the OS 2003 32bit?

if so, please turn on the 3GB switch

how much memory is the PRTG Server process using? How many sensors do you have?
