This is a problem that can show on version 9.2.1.2267.

Please update to the latest version!

  • In the web interface please go to "setup" and choose "Software Auto Update".
  • Click on "Download Latest Update" to download version 9.2.1.2271 (or later) and install this on your server.

This should fix your problem!
