Email notification timezone

When we are getting email notifications they are coming in as GMT Standard Time when using the %datetime placeholder. It states that it uses the users timezone but the emails are actually going to a distribution list we have. How can I get this adjusted to display the correct time (timezone) EST?

Hallo,

the timezone of the PRTG user that created the notification is used. What timezone is that user in?

I just checked the user and they are in the EST timezone. If the user that created it had a different timezone when making the notification would that timezone stick or does it always check the user account.

The user that created the Timezone is in EST currently. Does it go by what the user was setup at the time they created it or does it always check
