I am monitoring Virtual Center 5.0 with PRTG Network Monitor 9.2.1.2280. In the details of my virtual machine i see network traffic (trasmitted, recived and usage) always =0, 0kb/s. The only ona machine with data <> 0 is the virtual center. Memory, CPU and Disk monitoring work fine.

How can i do ? Thank you. Mauro

Hello Mauro,
We had a little bug in our vmware-sensor that sometimes caused the sensor select the wrong datas from the server.
It seems it happens only on virtualmachines where the network-setting was altered after initial setup, e. g. changing the ethernetcard from VMXNET3 to E1000 or adding a new networkcard.

The Problem is fixed with builds > 12.2.1.1887. If you can't update to the current version for any reason please contact [email protected] to find a solution.
Kind regards...
