Is there a way to allow a user to acknowledge alarms, but do nothing further? I.E they are a read only user, but can only acknowledge alarms?

Within the individual user's account settings, when selecting a user access level and setting the same to "Read only," you should have the option "Allow Acknowledge Alarms -> Allow / Deny." Set this to "Allow" and the respective user will be able to acknolwedge alarms even though only a read-only user.

This feature has been available since version 9.1.6.1962/1963. If you are using an earlier version, please update to the latest release.
