Archive Old Sensors

I have replaced a number of sensors with new sensors as the OID's changed with a firmware upgrade or the product was physically changed to a new device so it has different OIDs for the same value. Had I started with an OID, I could simply update the custom sensor's OID, but I've always imported the MIB or oidlib file and picked the sensors from there.

Now I'm left with a bunch of old sensors that I don't want to delete as I'd like to have the history to go back to, but I don't really want them sitting there, paused, when looking at tables. Is there a way to hide a sensor or transfer these to some archive?

Of course, if I could merge the old and new historical data, that would be even better since one sensor replaced the other one.

Hello,

I'm afraid in the moment the only way would be indeed to pause the old sensors and maybe use a Factory to "combine their" data with the data of the new sensors. Or edit the configuration file.

best regards.
