PRTG don’t dedicate of Serial Sub interfaces downtime on Cisco router

I configured a sensor to monitor Sub interface on Serial interface on a Cisco router and it gets the traffics on that interface but don’t dictate of that line is down if it is actually down.

So is there any need commands to be added to the Cisco router or there are any guide lines to monitor serial interfaces.
