"No available interfaces on this device" on Dell PE R710

We have a clean PRTG install with a remote probe on a Dell PowerEdge R710, which has OpenManage installed and has the SNMP service up and running. First thing we tried is adding the SNMP Dell Hardware sensor, but we get the "No available interfaces on this device (code: PE049)" error.

The SNMP tester returns a whole lot of sensors/channels when doing a lookup on localhost / public, but PRTG itself somehow cannot add the SNMP sensor. Adding a generic SNMP sensor such as "SNMP System Update" one does work.

dell openmanage snmp

Hello,

can you please send us the Result-log from the SNMP Tester (when scanning "available interfaces") via email to [email protected] please?

best regards.
