Where did User login timeout go in PRTG 9?

I was looking at a manual (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg7/system_administration___edit_system_setup.htm) from PRTG 7 which specifies where you can change the login\logout time for users , something I was looking to extend. however I do not see this option in PRTG 9 . How can I access this value to change it?

What about within the settings\config\register values? it has to be somewhere.
