Create an alert for a traffic sensor based on % of link used

How can I create an alert on a link sensor that monitors traffic. We would like to have the alert based on the volume of traffic reaching 80% of the link.

This was a feature on older versions.

Dear Julian,

I'm afraid percentage values are not possible with the Triggers, you have to use explicit numbers (i.e. 800MB).
