We have just installed a SMS Nobreak with the ability to use snmp to monitor this device. They send me a .txt (MIB) file with all the OID to accomplish this task.

I did use th MIB Importer from you guys; however, I was unable to start gathering information from the device.

The SNMP Tester log is detailed below:
Paessler SNMP Tester 3.2
Device: 10.9.10.240

Scanning OIDs
from library: "C:\Arquivos de programas\PRTG Network Monitor\snmplibs\smsnet.oidlib"

Any help on this issue?

Hello,

as you can see, not even the Tester is able to gather values with the Library. Does "Reading the device uptime" succeed with the Tester? If not, that could hint on a general issue with the SNMP Communication (wrong Community String, Port, Version).

best regards
