I want to show about 6 live data graphs from 6 different sensors on one web page which gets refreshed automatically.

There are three options for you:

Use a "map"
Have a look at the PRTG API documentation. Click the "Sensor Graphs" tab! (see How can I use the PRTG Application Programming Interface (API)?)
Have a look at How can I use graphs from PRTG in other web pages?
