I clic DOWNLOAD button for lastest release 12.2.1.1973 but I got this message all the time.

New ToDo: [2012-05-29 08:27:23] Downloaded version (12.2.1.1972) is not newer than your current version (12.2.1.1972).

System is displaying current release is 12.2.1.1972

download prtg update

Hello,

1973 and 1972 are basically the same build just different editions. So that's fine.
