After upgrading 9 to 12 it still loads 9!

Upgraded from 9 to 12 with no errors but it's still loading 9 and recommending upgrade to 12!!!! Tried 3 times with same results!

failing fails upgrade

Could you please forward us your system log files for analysis? You can find the same under

XP/2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System)

Vista/2008: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System)

Hi,
please perform a manual upgrade of PRTG in this case. Download the latest installer from https://www.paessler.com/login and run the same on the machine where PRTG is installed. All data will be kept.
If this does not work, please send us your logfiles as described in the other post.
