I need a flexible configuration of devices and sensors. It can be called as a monitoring of IT infrastructure. I need to see a map of services, devices and dependencies between them. As a result I will be able to see a comprehensive system state and see the primary reasons of outage and troubles.

UPDATE: Maps in PRTG are only views of the system. Am I right? I need an capability to build a system service-oriented model to achieve a ITSM goal which allows me to perform a system analysis, detect root cause, alarm statuses and etc...

I'm afraid this isn't possible as an automated function. You would need to set up the map, respectively the layout for the infrastructure yourself. PRTG does not include an automated, hierarchical topology feature.
